REAL has always been proud of how we have paid our inspirational fundraisers. We believe that having financial security contributes not just to the excellent quality of donor we recruit but creating a financially secure workplace for our amazing ambassadors leads to better retention of staff and most importantly embodies REAL's values of Respect, Ethics, Activism & Love. In 2020 REAL is proud to be accredited by the Living Wage Foundation as a Real Living Wage employer.

This commits REAL to always paying the Real Living Wage or the Real London Living Wage. You can find the current Real Living Wage here as well as a more detailed description of how the foundation works. 

As a part of the REAL Family REAL Calling are proud to continue the tradition of being Carbon Neutral. Since 2018 the REAL Family have offset over 90tonnes of CO2.

To take this further for every 50 contacts that we make as a call centre we will plant a tree in the Amazon rainforest. Just as the tree will need to be nurtured by our planting partner we nurture our donors with our inspiring conversations.

REAL calling are committed members of the CIoF. 

REAL Calling have been accredited by the DMA since our inception and have also completed their Data Audit along with their GDPR assessment program. 

REAL Calling are registered with the ICO.
